Samantha Labahn is an associate at Engel Law.
Throughout law school, Samantha vigorously volunteered with the not-for-profit organization Student Legal Services, assisting persons charged with criminal offences.
During Samantha’s articling year with Engel Law, she successfully defended several clients with criminal charges, including dangerous driving, obstruction, assault, and drug related offences.
In addition to maintaining a criminal defence practice, Samantha also has experience representing clients pursuing complaints against police officers, appeals before the law enforcement review board, fatality inquiries, and in civil litigation.
Samantha takes a client-centered approach to her practice. In addition, Samantha is pleased to provide her clients with straight-forward advice to help clients manage the stress of the legal issues they are facing.
